SRG truly cares about their employees, as family. Management is extremely engaged and listens to what we have to say, as employees. Plenty of room for growth, women in high leadership roles, diversity, and great training.

Support from leadership. Growth Opportunities. Inclusive Culture. Great outreach programs and the opportunities to give back!

Cons

I don't really have any cons. I would say as they continue to grow, their health benefit options should become less costly. That is a problem that a lot of small businesses face. On the other side of that, they do contribute quite a bit to each employee's benefits, to make up for it.
