This is my first job in Staffing/Recruiting but I was hired because SRG saw the potential in me. We have systems in place to help you succeed and the company culture is 10/10. Leadership is always looking for feedback and ways to improve the company and they follow through with changes quickly. The owners have done such a great job building the company and creating a welcoming environment for everyone.

Cons

Staffing can be a stressful career (but also very rewarding if it's a good fit for you!). I also wish healthcare benefits were a bit better, but that is something they are working on.

Support from leadership. Growth Opportunities. Inclusive Culture. Great outreach programs and the opportunities to give back!

Cons

I don't really have any cons. I would say as they continue to grow, their health benefit options should become less costly. That is a problem that a lot of small businesses face. On the other side of that, they do contribute quite a bit to each employee's benefits, to make up for it.
