Pros

The team I was part of was incredibly smart and skilled. By working with them I gained many mentors friends and advanced my career. The CEOs are involved and provide visionary direction.

Cons

There's a constant challenge in hiring the layer between the CEOs and workers. The executives are hostile at times, unforgiving and publicly ridicule the workers. Reporting to HR the workplace abuse does nothing. I have seen talent lose their jobs and leave for speaking out about the hostility and constant abuse. Disrespect and harassment is common. Avoid this place until they stop hiring the wrong leadership particularly in IT.

Workplace is very strict, which isn't the issue; it is the teams and people you are working with that are challenging. Comes off as professional until you start working with them, and they are far from being professional with direct yelling and arguments when something doesn't go their way.
