      Above-market pay, profitable company that has a family feel.

      Culture of arrogance and fear. Despite message of innovation, new ideas and any challenges the status quo are discouraged.

      Tough workplace difficult leaders

      Pros

      The team I was part of was incredibly smart and skilled. By working with them I gained many mentors friends and advanced my career. The CEOs are involved and provide visionary direction.

      Cons

      There's a constant challenge in hiring the layer between the CEOs and workers. The executives are hostile at times, unforgiving and publicly ridicule the workers. Reporting to HR the workplace abuse does nothing. I have seen talent lose their jobs and leave for speaking out about the hostility and constant abuse. Disrespect and harassment is common. Avoid this place until they stop hiring the wrong leadership particularly in IT.
