Pros
When the economy was doing well it was a good place to work, with decent benefits package, RRSP matching, a range of vacation weeks offered, competitive salary.
Cons
Multiple layoffs in multiple years, they don't seem to value their employees in this economy and instead of employee retention they would rather hire someone else who is happy to get a new job than try and listen to the current employees.
