Worst retail ever - Tech Associate Staples Employee Review

- Mininum wage - No raise ever - As a tech associate,you have to work on everything ( talking to people, cleaning areas, taking care of cache, selling, working as a technician, selling warranties, stocking, moving stuff around etc ...) - No recognition program ( you will hardly be promoted) - Low employee discounts 10% tech 15% other stuff) - Almost zero hands on training - Company has no respect for its employees - Management is terrible - Manager asks you to do something that you are not authorized ( Going on site service ) - The launch room is so dirty ( full of mouses ) - Floor is always dirty - Always short in staff - So much pressure on employees
