Pros
Professional work environment, flexible work from home/remote options, ok benefits.
Cons
Vertical progression has nothing to do with actual on the job performance. Its more about who you know and who you're "buddies" with, very selective/secretive when doing performance reviews, no transparency when it comes to former employees, no references whatsoever so if beware that if you end up on the wrong persons crosshair, you wont be going anywhere but out. It takes at least 2 years for anyone new to the company to see the real truth on how things are run. Tip: it's not what you'll be sold on initially when you're hired.
