Great employee perks, flexible work hours, work from home options, competitive wages, recognition platforms, employees matter (ergonomics, stand up desks, very powerful hardware), aims to use latest technology.

Cons

Maternity / paternity coverage - none offered.

Pros

Company gives you a lot of confort to work there.. And the communication witht upper management is very good. They allow you to implement new ideas

Cons

Salary compared with other companies in the same field is not too good. THer is no room to grow professinally as as Software Developer.
