Company gives you a lot of confort to work there.. And the communication witht upper management is very good. They allow you to implement new ideas

Cons

Salary compared with other companies in the same field is not too good. THer is no room to grow professinally as as Software Developer.

Pros

Less than 500 employee organization that is growing and has a lot of employees who've been with the company for >10yrs. Very inviting, friendly, and open to new perspectives.

Cons

As a small growing company some processes are WIP, but this also allows the opportunity to help shape the direction going forward.
