They will base your raise on how well u get along with management and then not give you the raise. Upper management is quick to tell you to come to them with any problem and then do absolutely nothing about it. Be called names by management. Have hours either taken form you completely or given to someone that has held the same position for less time and then give a generic excuse, or have hours taken away because of a disagreement ie personal vendetta been called names Stop using new stores to bank roll future stores you hurt your employees by doing this ie next to nothing budgets. Actually give employees some what liveable hours
