Pros

Half off at Papa Johns (Dacula location only) Free laser tag (but you don't really wanna do it) Half of food (but it all tastes the same) Older employees are drama free...ish

Cons

First off, don't trust anything they tell you because it's all empty promises. You can do a bunch of good deeds for the company and they'll remember the one bad thing that you did and they'll hold it against you for the rest of your time working there. Honestly, it's full of high school drama and if you're 19+ you'll still make the same as the 16 year old high schooler even though you have responsibilities and they don't. Drama is carried over into the managers, causing false accusations. Management acts as if they don't care about anything except their bonuses at the end of the year so they push you to sell sell sell and it makes the company look like a money hungry business. $7.50- $8.00 is all you're going to make with horrible hours in the school season and great hours during school breaks. You'll work 5+ days a week and get slammed with hours then end up making about $400-$600 a month. If you're wanting a lunch break or a 15 min break then this job is not for you. You'll work 8 hours in the day with no breaks- especially on Tuesdays and the weekends. Not a chance for advancement either like they promise in the beginning. There's employees that have been working here for 4+ years and they're still making the same as everyone else so expect people not to last more than a year. No drug tests in the beginning so expect people to be high as a kite. There's also unfair favoritism in the workplace, so expect someone to get away with something and you get written up for the same thing. Expect to also get in trouble for things other people said you did that they have no proof of. Corporate acts like they don't care about anything but the money they're making. They honestly don't care about the raise you deserve nor do they know about what happens within each location. I used to have a life with my work Now my work is my life No work is just high school again. Except you can't escape from the drama.

Pros

They are good about working with you on hours you can work (not how many hours just the times). Plus you get fun benefits. 6 free games of bowling, 50% off food and birthday parties, free soft drinks while your at work. Easy work.

Cons

They do not hire full time, so no benefits. They barely pay minimum wage. No room for growth in the company. For training you are only paid minimum wage but are not told this. You usually find out on your first pay check.
