Pros

The manager lady was trying hard to help but the workplace and some colleagues are not helping there.

Cons

- some colleauges re ver y impatient and not nice - pay is low at 5250 for associate 2 - too many manual tasks... it's just overwhelming, especially for newcomers; - once you are stuck in one position you are done forever... They want an ideal candidate with no error making after 2 months like he was 3y to replace the outgoing one... REMOTE training is bad... they call you to show some stuff for 2h ad then leave you with a bunch of duties so you have to work after hours to understand what they really need in daily tasks ....monthly reports and others are difficult if you saw them one or twice and then you have to create them on your own and your mate is showing funny faces when you can not progress with it.... too stressful.

Actions and environments like the ones you describe are not acceptable. At State Street, all of our employees should feel supported, valued, and welcomed at State Street regardless of their gender, background or ethnicity. I encourage you to escalate your concerns.
