Pros

The company environment is absolutely great. I've found that my coworkers ended up being the best part of my environment. The experience was overall fantastic. Although I was hired to work with a bit different tech, the experience I gained from working here was invaluable. I ended up primarily working in Salesforce and ended up working with both in house devs and outside contractors that made the experience once in a lifetime.

Cons

There are very few cons. The only issue I see is that there are some growing pains due to the department being new.
