Pros

Good coworkers in most cases. Some good managers. Great PTO and remote work.

Cons

CEO is extremely political and runs the bank like a social activist. DEI is forced like crazy. Money is thrown at weird areas like bland marketing changes and Muslim banking. So many new managers and higher ups have been hired in new unneeded roles and good peeps leave all the time. CEO bashes anyone with different views in meetings and had a meltdown when Trump won. Hello our Stearns county voted for Trump by a LOT! A small group of yes people are an echo chamber that praise her every move no matter what. Pay and bonuses are much lower than the industry. Vesting is insanely long! Sales goals are crazy, so much stress on collections and everything is rushed. There is no direction from the top.

Crazy Drama, all the time

Pros

Higher than average pay. $5,000 tuition or student loan reimbursement annually. Remote work.

Cons

This bank is ruled by the whim of its volatile, overemotional, and unpredictable CEO. Underneath her are two types of senior management: those who have worked there for 30 years and are consistent enablers of her oddities, and those who are trying to avoid the drama and get some work done. Unfortunately this company drives away its best employees, and is left with whoever will stick around to pick up the slack.
