Pay is way too low. They don’t do year end bonus no more, you have to wait til March and it’s too low. Sales goals are too unrealistic that we can’t meet and Too much drama. Meetings are full of brown nosers and Leaders play favorites. All kinds of talk about employee owners but no one cares about us front line people.
