Pros

Decent base pay and incentives for hourly employees, work is not physically demanding. Some opportunities for training and advancement for hourly workers.

Cons

Medical insurance is terrible - insurance company constantly denies claims for nit-picky reasons. 401K match is well below standard. Little to no advancement opportunities for salaried employees. Pay for salaried employees is below average. No bonus programs. Little communication about company performance and rationale for business decisions. Corporate reporting structure is unclear. Family-owned company with entrenched political structure and rampant favoritism.
