Pros
Really good benefits package (which is slowly being pulled apart), lovely colleagues, generous clothing allowance based on your seniority (now taxed). HR are finally listening to employees and taking some action against bad behaviors which is a good step but there is only so much they can do. I don't think the working environment is that toxic but there is a group which are heavily affected by negative ways of working. I wouldn't put anyone against working here as I have really enjoyed my time but be wary what position you are taking as the company is unstable.
Cons
Disorganised leadership who do not want to engage internally with the company, ever changing strategies which leaves a chaotic working environment, no communication internally to employees, no growth opportunities (currently). All the work the previous CEO had done to improve sales, company image and moral has been completely undone in a matter of months. No leadership in London anymore. I have looked after 9 C-suite members since joining, extra hours (part of the job) never any thanks, praise or compensation but very quick to take from the employee's where possible.
