Great talented people who are excited and motivated to make an impact! Due to the size of the company, you have a voice. I always have the opportunity to try new things and manage projects through to the end. Free healthy and delicious lunches everyday, there are also good initiatives that bring people together.

Cons

Some people from the Leadership team are a bit set in their ways, we could be a better business if we try new things without fear of making a mistake.
