Managers have unreasonably high salaries compared to all the other positions but would avoid decision-making or blame you for their mistakes in front of others. The company is going through very hard financial issues and would make redundant or close open positions for very important roles, while still using an unnecessary amount of money for fashion shows/event/met gala etc Unfortunately HR doesn't help and they cover or justify the bullies.
