Job duties and expectations are well defined. Work environment is usually friendly and teamwork gets mission accomplished.

Pharmacy is inadequate for incoming residents. Usually residents do not have pain meds or antibiotics on day one. Creates stress/ trauma with ineffective pain management.

Absolutely zero pros at all

I used to work here for a short 3 month period due to their ridiculousness!! They are infested with bed bugs and roaches! They “treat” the problem incorrectly so the problem just continues to spread!! The building is very old and literally falling apart! Maintenance couldn’t care less! They ignore all work orders and clear them as if they completed them! The executive director hates the residents and he makes it very obvious with the disrespect he shows them! People die here and are left in their apartments for days because no body completes their promised “door check” system, they have been sued more than once for this. The life pendants they offer run out of battery and no one changes them so your loved ones are left on the floor bleeding for hours and even days sometimes! The turn around rate for employees is insane so no one is trained correctly! The directors are all very racist and discrimination against all minorities is an everyday thing! The executive director Michael Brown hires white woman only as directors who have no brain cells what so ever who promise residents things that she never follows thru with!!! Run!!! Literally to any other community!! Take it from me as a former employee!!! I could not even work here because of the unprofessionalism, please do not allow your family members to live here unless you want them on the floor dead for days before you even find out!!!
