The clandestine demotion of multiple departments, coupled with subsequent dissimulation and gaslighting when confronted, is an untenable situation. The egregious violations of federal wage laws, HIPAA regulations, and instances of retaliation, obstruction of career progression, and both micro- and macro-aggressions faced by employees are deeply concerning and have been exacerbated by current management. Feckless leadership micromanaging without knowledge of work being performed
