Too many. Company went through a very difficult transformation and made everyone’s jobs very difficult. It exposed all of the existing problems, built the great wall of silos, without a path forward. Morale is low everywhere. High employee and customer churn, gossip, strong people leave. They were acquired by WM, and time will tell if WM can correct all of the issues —they let go most of the sales leadership or they left, strong operators left over the years, leading to a diluted talent pool and culture of mediocrity. Because of the experience, I cannot in good faith recommend this workplace to any candidate that wants to know what working in a healthy, competitive, and leading environment is like. It’s not here.
