      Pros

      I was empowered and had a lot of autonomy to run my area like it was my own business. Great benefits. Pay is low for the amount of work you have to do.

      Cons

      Never had enough product from our New York facility. So, I was always running around trying to scrounge product from other hospitals under my management.

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      Strict metrics & Low pay.

      Pros

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
