Pros

Liked the people I worked with, although from what I understand hit can be hit or miss. The upper level people I got to meet were all very knowledgeable and relateable. Decent benefits and stock program. Got to visit and see a lot of interesting locations.

Cons

Sales people are very disconnected from the actual workers who go out on the jobs they schedule. A lot of mistakes are made because of miscommunication, and the tsdf I worked out of was often literally forgotten by people higher up.

Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

Strict metrics & Low pay.

Pros

The diversity of employees...thats it.

Cons

Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
