Pros

Some of the employees were nice. Quick to hire. Decent pay for minimal training required.

Cons

Stress. Angry people. Taking calls made to people that weren't necessarily expecting a call, frequently unable to tell them why they got the call without requiring their life story. Even then once you collect all the info, you still may not be able to tell them anything about the call - seeming really sketchy/scam like.

Pros

The diversity of employees...thats it.

Cons

Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
