Flexibility with travel to sites around the state to hospitals and the time off was ok. Work from him and office work was ok.
Cons
Poor micro management from out of state. Very unfair expense reports that are scrutinized for every cent. Worked until you fail and criticized for failing.

Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
