      Pros

      Company benefits were good for both health and dental

      Cons

      Pay was well below industry standard. Management NEVER listens to suggestions from employees, then makes the employees pay for their failures. Job description in interview is misleading to trick people into accepting the job Directors' business decisions are completely detrimental to the department - he also has no regard whatsoever for his employees. Absolutely no room for growth - almost feels as if it is discouraged

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
