Extremely Cheap - low salaries compared to similar jobs at other companies.
They do not value their employees.
Their first priority is "Sales", their second priority is "Sales", their third priority is "everything else" this is directly from the CCO.
There is zero accountability on the corporate level while simultaneously micromanaging the field staff.
We can not get simple answers to questions regarding "stack rankings" which is our monthly performance rank among our peers.
They think a motivational story will push the staff to sell more. Ideally rewarding people with better pay and commissions will go a long way.
There is a "boys club" mentality when it comes to upward mobility and promotions. Unless you are apart of the clique, do not bother attempting to apply for promotions.
They do offer a Presidents Club trip every year but only have a limited number of spots for anyone outside the Inside Sales Team. Seems a bit lopsided that a group that takes inbound calls and leads has ability to have the highest percentage of their team attend.
