      There was a dodgy pool table in the break room...

      Cons

      Awful. AVOID. Once COVID hit, the company decided they didn't care that clients couldn't use the service, they decided to charge them anyway and if they wanted to cancel, hit them with giant cancellation fees. They also have no HR in their offices, and don't care what happens staff. Physical altercations? It's the victim's fault. Commission structure is a joke, you get penalised for things completely out of your control. Pay is also a total pittance - it's slave labour.

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      Strict metrics & Low pay.

      Pros

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
