Pros

Fairly decent bonus scheme for managers

Cons

No management support when things get challenging, certain employees (managers) appear to be untouchable no matter how they've acted or how serious they have failed. 360 Cover ups from those above and sidewards. Serious Health and safety failings makes it a dangerous place to work. More effort goes into covering up failings than It does providing support for vulnerable employees.

Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

Pros

The diversity of employees...thats it.

Cons

Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
