Where to start....
This WAS the company to work for a few years back, especially pre-pandemic and pre-new management. When new management refuses to answer any of the hard questions on company wide zoom calls, there's a red flag. When management goes around asking people to leave good reviews with suggested words and phrases to use, there's a red flag. When there is no accountability to those that con customers into signing 60 month agreements, there's a red flag. No one knows what they are doing from one week to the next because there are constantly new ways of doing things that don't seem to work any way you slice it. Monarch is a complete disaster on the Shred It side and instead of waiting or fixing any issues there currently are, they're going to implement a broken system on top of broken processes. Everything is fear based - employement, selling tactics they teach you to use on your customers and everything inbetween.
