Pros

Maybe the pay is ok, but even at that your exposing yourself to blood and nasty stuff leaking and I think is still underpaid at least people handling the nastiest job.

Cons

The recruiters only care about meeting they're need and hiring you, but they don't caré about you as a worker or anything after you get hired. Nobody does, never told me my paycheck would be a month late and on a prepaid card after I submitted all my direct deposit info from the beginning. Is just to tell you how organized they are. They don't care about safety either they just talk about it like a half @$$ requirement and when it comes down to it they never want to fix stuff on the trucks, and they expect you to wipe down someone's unknown blood using a paper towel and keep on picking up stuff and working. When they're supposed to have "steps" in place to prevent any infections. Management is the worst I've seen at any company. And they have favorites, and they have family members working of people that have worked for the company since the dinosaur years so they pretty much run everything and be careful if you disagree with any one of those be ready to loose your job.

Pros

The diversity of employees...thats it.

Cons

Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
