-Management was terrible. It was more of a "do what I say" and don't ask questions kind of thing even though they claimed that their door was always open if you needed to talk.
-Work/life balance. The call center is 24 hours so if you don't mind working any day of the year, including holidays then I guess this isn't a con for you. When you first apply, they ask you to write down your availability. If for some reason you needed to change that then it was a huge issue and sometimes they'd deny your request to change your availability. You'd have to show proof that you actually couldn't work those shifts anymore.
