Executive leadership is missing the mark - Customer Experience Representative Stericycle Employee Review

They promote based on favoritism. They just promoted a supervisor to manager and this person was a terrible supervisor. She doesn't even understand her job or the job we do as reps. She will delegate work and take credit for it. She is also racist and speaks to everyone as if she is a boss and not a leader. I have lost all respect for this company and would have rated it lower if it wasn't for my pros listed above. The pay is less than survivable and will give you a yearly increase thats insulting all while putting more responsibilities on the front line reps and supervisors and with very little training but will write you up of you don't meet their numbers that are pretty much unachievable unless you know short cuts. They have also added finance to our job duties and most of us have no understanding of these things. If you make a complaint then you become a target so you just hope you find something better to be able to move on to where you are appreciated.
