Quick process for getting hired.

Cons

Never ended up working there. Took job, with a future start date so I could give plenty of notice to current employer. They definitely do not believe in work life balance even though they make these claims. Not 1, not 2, not even 3, but 4 different people continued to call and text despite not starting yet and ask the same questions over and over. The craziest non-compete I have ever seen. The salary is super unimpressive even though you can earn commission on top of it.

The diversity of employees...thats it.

Cons

Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
