      Pros

      Amazing work life balance, very self paced work style, and thoroughly enjoyed the flexibility.

      Cons

      When it comes to their billing for the Shred-It side of their business, it’s a total mess… Pricing generates wrong for a TON of their accounts, and there is no clear direction for fixing the issues. On boarding was not there, and did not go how I would have liked with a very slow paced time frame when within the company.

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      Strict metrics & Low pay.

      Pros

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
