      Poor Leadership - Implementation Specialist Leader Stericycle Employee Review

      Pros

      I worked with a great team, but after acquisition by this company went down the drain quickly. Management was extremely detached and the business was run into the ground. Literally entire offices were closed with no planned strategy for hundreds of clients, the Sales team was let go with no plan to maintain the pipeline. They took the problems out on the staff by repeated mass layoffs.

      Too many to speak of.

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
