      In lieu of valuable compensation you get pizza parties!!!

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care for work/life balance. Only that their company needs are met. Makes it your problem to find coverage when needed, even if you request time off months in advance. Gatekeep advancement opportunities. Forget about going to the bathroom anytime other than your breaks.

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      Pros

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
