I’m not sure what sales role you worked in, but of the 250+ Sales Executives we have working for us, over 150 of those people are making their on target earnings or are exceeding it. The goals we set forth are realistic and many people have done quite well who work on our sales team.       Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
