The company is so extremely cheap the point were its like pulling teeth just to get supplies you need to do the job. They keep adding work with no extra compensation and expect you to do it in 40 hours. NO overtime ,they stress this when the workload is over the top. Corporate do not even know the process of the work that we do alone how to do it. It's always about the bottom line . The pay is not even close to be able to live in our current inflation which makes us not even middle class. While Corporate gets bonuses, profit sharing ETC the boots on the ground employees are struggling to make ends me and have the nerve for donations to stricares. I care but can't afford too. The Corporate greed in this country is disgusting, they talk the talk but do not walk the walk. The vacation process is stupid and hard to keep track of. Really we accrue hours that are impossible to take because of staffing and taking vacation based on borrowed time so if you guit or get fired you have to pay them back. There Use it or loose it policy I think is beyond cheap and disrespectful. Also don't pay time and a half for working a holiday just straight time if you work it, but they call it holiday pay? While blocking the day before and after for time off. This job is not for everyone but I like what I do and very passionate about it . If Corporate would pay a living wage that would sustain hard working employees , i feel it would help improve the revolving door which puts a strain on hard working dedicated staff.
