      Pros

      if you need to start at a call center this would be a good start as the pay is low for what they asking to do but its good experience to obtain

      Cons

      there is no room to grow within this company and they have heavy high call volume for the amount of staff for each dept and pay not worth it

      Remote opportunity. All equipment is provided by the company. Great mentorship and training.

      The diversity of employees...thats it.

      Cons

      Burn & Churn. Managers are lazy and so far removed from the employees and sales areas that they have no clue what the market will bear. Shredding services is in its twilight years; by 2033 it will more than likely become non existent due to the cloud and digital storage. The health insurance is with one of the worst bad reputation companies out there. If the company cared about its employees they would have made a better choice. I do not recommend to work there unless you want to get sales training which is provided when you start there.
