Their annual reviews are a joke. They rate you from 1 to 5 on each category and literally they tell everyone that nobody gets a 5 ever. A 4 is almost impossible to get since the categories have no chance mathematically to average out to 4 when you eliminate the, impossible to get, 5. This is sad because your raise is based on a percentage that is determined by your annual evaluation. An evaluation if by a miracle, your supervisor gives you a 4, it has to be approved by management way up the ladder and is rarely done cause its a pain. Regardless of the raise issue try going to an interview for another company and explaining to them that nobody ever gets a 5 that's why I got a 3 out of 5 on my annual reviews!
Customer service is a nightmare for customers. This should have been Cindy Miller's first objective. A call center that has no clue what they are doing and no way for customers to get in direct contact with operations who actually schedule them.
