No vacation or PTO for one year. Point deduction system for any absence, including approved Dr. appts, illness, forgetting to clock out, is absurd. Favoritism runs unchecked throughout the company. The pay rate is lower than the average for the industry. In general not a company that values employees' input, or appreciation for productive shifts. Not an enjoyable experience. High turnover,

I did not find any pros working for company.

Cons

They give you multiple position/ job task that do not align with the job title. Incompetent team in the HR department. Poor management of department, poor communication and poor practices. Haven’t worked for a company that is janky the way this company is. They just want to meet number they don’t care about employee.
