Pros

Not much the only pro is if you need a job bad other then that it’s a no.

Cons

Favoritism Short breaks Bad energy Employees walk out on the job almost daily, consecutively from lack of good treatment and being pushed to work harder then the other workers and finish other people’s work and still get yelled at. If you’re the best worker they got they work you to death so you can finish others people work and they still treat you like you’re nothing and you’re the best they got, I seen so many good workers quit because of supervisors and or not getting treated right. Ultimately this isn’t a good place to work u less you really can’t find a job I don’t recommend Steve’s and sons at all.

This company has positively impacted my life. I never could have imagined being this successful in providing for my family. Thank you for always making me feel like family.

Pros

I did not find any pros working for company.

Cons

They give you multiple position/ job task that do not align with the job title. Incompetent team in the HR department. Poor management of department, poor communication and poor practices. Haven’t worked for a company that is janky the way this company is. They just want to meet number they don’t care about employee.
