The IT director is an amazing person. Not only is he more than adequately knowledgeable about all things IT (including programming), he is very generous with his time and resources. He took a chance on me even though I had no experience and I will always be grateful.

Cons

Only 2: 1. the commute (for me) 2. lack of more formal educational opportunities

I did not find any pros working for company.

Cons

They give you multiple position/ job task that do not align with the job title. Incompetent team in the HR department. Poor management of department, poor communication and poor practices. Haven’t worked for a company that is janky the way this company is. They just want to meet number they don’t care about employee.
