Great place to develop skills and grow as a developer. The head of IT is a great guy who invests his time into helping his developers get better.

Cons

For me, the commute was the only thing that was bad.

I did not find any pros working for company.

Cons

They give you multiple position/ job task that do not align with the job title. Incompetent team in the HR department. Poor management of department, poor communication and poor practices. Haven’t worked for a company that is janky the way this company is. They just want to meet number they don’t care about employee.
