None that I can think of.

Cons

Micromanagement, low pay, mediocre benefits, horrible culture, no work-life balance. Company holding on by a thread, HR structure is a joke, ownership does not even entertain the idea of providing better pay and benefits to employees. My advice to anyone that is considering working for this company? Don’t. If you’re passionate about your profession, whatever it may be, this place will make you start hating it.

I did not find any pros working for company.

Cons

They give you multiple position/ job task that do not align with the job title. Incompetent team in the HR department. Poor management of department, poor communication and poor practices. Haven’t worked for a company that is janky the way this company is. They just want to meet number they don’t care about employee.
