Their mission statement (more like a poster) sounds true, communication, treat others with kindness, etc., associated (owned) with another company that will offer you discount to their restaurant(s). Good location, Flexible scheduling
Cons
Leadership is more like DICTATORSHIP, no training, no support, very political if you are ok with just doing, but since there is no training or caring about developing an employee, get ready to be the fall guy. Turnover rate is higher than any place I have ever seen in over 35 years of being in the workforce, Higher than McDonald's, including their HR. There is no process in place, no introduction of how Sting began and operates, infrastructure is non exsistent and don't let them fool you with the "great benefits" come-on.
