Nothing good with this company. Oh sorry There are two thing good the techs and one dispatcher. Management is a joke.

Cons

Jon Perry is a micro-manager to the max, he's a spineless person. He runs the company by fear of being fired. Since I worked there they have fired at least 5 people and some I thought were good employees. If you go work for them always be looking for your next job. Benefits sucks.

I was really good at my job and the work itself was not difficult. The best is the rate of pay..very high!

Cons

Lack of professionalism from every tech, manager and even owners. No communication skills thru the company. They have a very vedy high turn over rate of emplyees too.

Their mission statement (more like a poster) sounds true, communication, treat others with kindness, etc., associated (owned) with another company that will offer you discount to their restaurant(s). Good location, Flexible scheduling

Cons

Leadership is more like DICTATORSHIP, no training, no support, very political if you are ok with just doing, but since there is no training or caring about developing an employee, get ready to be the fall guy. Turnover rate is higher than any place I have ever seen in over 35 years of being in the workforce, Higher than McDonald's, including their HR. There is no process in place, no introduction of how Sting began and operates, infrastructure is non exsistent and don't let them fool you with the "great benefits" come-on.
