Unreasonable Expectations - Manager Stinker Stores Employee Review

This company is not honest with their managers, their expectations nor their Code of Conduct aka Shared Values. They have a dishonest method for fuel pricing. Lead up and last to come down, no matter what the store pays for fuel. This philosophy is pushed so hard that the stores are given a "margin goal" and rewarded for keeping fuel prices high. I despise this. I despise looking customers in the eye and towing the Big Lie. Don't bother applying with this company unless you like working untold hours and being pushed until you break without any hope of reward or moving up. Shut up and work should be their motto.
